It's that time of year again, and we all know what that means.  W-2's will need to be sent out, LM's will need to be submitted and all 990's will need to be e-filed this year.  RCS is here to make this an easy year-end for you and your Local!  

Let RCS take the year-end burden off your shoulders with our year-end tax preparation service offerings.  We offer the following services: 

  • W-2, W-3, 1099, and 1096 preparation and filing
  • LM-2 and LM-3 preparation
  • 990 LF and 990-EZ preparation
  • E-filing of 990 LF and 990-EZ (both required)

We have offered these services for more than a decade and we complete hundreds of LM’s and 990’s each year.  

RCS has over 200 years of combined experience working with the Department of Labor LM forms and the IRS 990 forms and schedules.  With our team managing your filings, you can be confident these jobs will be done correctly and in a timely manner. 

Please be aware that the requirement to e-file your 990 long form and your 990-EZ has been mandated by the IRS.  You may no longer submit a paper 990 long form or 990-EZ to the IRS.  RCS is an IRS Authorized e-file Provider and can take care of e-filing your return for your Local.
