2024 RCS Union Software Fall Training Class 

Register Your Local for the RCS Union Software Fall Class

It’s that time of year for RCS clients to gather for the RCS Annual Fall Class! We are pleased to welcome everyone to the Quad Cities Waterfront Convention Center and The Isle Hotel & Casino. This class focuses on bringing our staff and clients together to discuss the software and how it can make your job more efficient, productive, and enjoyable. Both basic and advanced features will be covered. When you register with the link below, we encourage you to submit questions and any specific topics you would like to be addressed in class.
 
Breakout Session topics will be based on your requests, so please provide your preferred topics on the registration form.  Ideas include LM/990 Wizard and 990 e-form, Grievance Processing, Increasing Member Engagement with RCS Connect, Inventory Management, Payroll, Balancing Best Practices, USW Cashbook and Other Integrated USW Reports, and anything else you might want to suggest!
 
Put it on your calendar and look forward to a productive and fun couple of days including;
  • Happy hour hosted by RCS
  • Snacks provided during classes
  • All you can drink coffee, tea, and soft drinks during the class.

Cost: $1,095 per Local (bring as many delegates from your Local as you like)
 
Who: Financial Secretaries, Business Managers, Treasurers, Presidents, Bookkeepers, Trustees, Shop Chairman, Stewards, anyone managing members, finances, and/processing Grievances

All under one roof! The Waterfront is connected via skywalk to The Isle Hotel & Casino and has reserved a block of rooms; $119 for Single-King, $129 for Double-Queen or $169 for Junior Suite (plus fee and taxes). Rooms include a breakfast buffet. Lunch will not be provided. 

3 Ways to Make Hotel Reservations

 

1. Online Reservation: Via email or uploading the embedded weblink to an online host site: 

  • RCS Union Software home page will pop up 
  • Enter arrival & departure dates, how many rooms, and how many guests 
  • Click ‘check availability’ 
  • Select from the available rooms in block, available rooms are reflected on top of the main picture 
  • Click ‘BOOK NOW’ and proceed with guest details 

2. Call Center Reservation: Follow the prompts below

  • Call 1-800-843-4753   
  • Say ‘Bettendorf’ at the prompt
  • Press 1 for hotel reservations, you will be connected with a call center agent
  • Tell agent group code RCS24, provide arrival/departure dates, and continue with the reservation

Terms and Conditions
A 24-hour notice must be given for cancellation to avoid a penalty of 1 night room and tax. 

Note: a credit card must be presented at check in to cover additional nights and ancillary charges. Incidental/Security Deposit: $50.00. Funds are reserved-only, unused funds released at time of checkout 
Check-in 4pm, early check-in based on availability, but not earlier than 1pm 
Check-out 11am, late check-out subject to availability and additional cost
