MFA - Multi-Factor Authentication Rolling Out

At Fall Class we discussed how RCS is doing all we can to increase the security of your data. Starting this week, we will be rolling out “MFA” – Multi-Factor Authentication to all clients.

What does MFA mean? This means in addition to providing your login credentials when logging into www.rcsng.com, you will ALSO be prompted to enter an emailed verification code as well. This additional step takes seconds but adds another layer of security protecting your data.

How does it work?

  • At www.rcsng.com, the client login page looks the same. Enter your credentials then Submit.
  • A new box for a One-time passcode will appear
  • Go to your email. You will receive an email from noreply@noreply.solidarityemail.com with a 6-digit code. Note or copy this code.
    • Back on the RCS login screen, enter the One-time Passcode and Submit.
    • Each of your users should have their own email associated with their user login.
    • You can review the users (along with their associated emails) in your client by going to: Settings > All Settings > Client > Active Users

Please contact the support team with any concerns.

    Thank you,
