2026 RCS Union Software Fall Training Class 

 
It’s that time of year again and this year, we’re doing something new! We’re excited to welcome RCS clients to our Annual Fall Training Class, hosted at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. This event is a great opportunity to connect with RCS staff and fellow users to explore how our software can help make your work more efficient, productive, and enjoyable. The training will cover both basic and advanced features, with sessions designed to meet a range of experience levels.
 

Outside of class, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy everything Las Vegas has to offer, from world-class dining and entertainment to iconic attractions just steps away from the hotel. When you register using the link below, be sure to submit your questions and suggest any specific topics you'd like covered. Your feedback helps us shape the class and breakout sessions to ensure the content is practical, relevant, and valuable to you.

We’re planning a productive and enjoyable experience, including: A hosted happy hour with the RCS Team Following Day 1, Assosted cookies and brownies will be provided, and coffee, water, and soft drinks included throughout the training.

Cost: $1,795 per Local
This Early Bird pricing is available through June 30, after which registration rates will increase. Bring as many delegates from your Local as you would like.

Who: Financial Secretaries, Business Managers, Treasurers, Presidents, Bookkeepers, Trustees, Shop Chairman, Stewards, anyone responsible for managing membership, finances, or grievance processing.

HOTEL INFORMATION

Planet Hollywood - Hotel Booking

The hotel and convention center are conveniently located within the same building at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. We’re excited to share that we were able to secure an exceptional group rate for staying on the Las Vegas Strip.

We have reserved a block of rooms from September 19–23, 2026, at a discounted rate of $94.95 per night (plus applicable taxes and fees). This rate includes the resort fee and applies to run-of-house rooms. Please note Saturday night rooms are available at a rate of $283.95.

We strongly recommend booking early to secure your spot at this special rate. Rooms at the discounted rate are limited, and we cannot guarantee additional rooms will be available at this rate once the block is full.
